In Friday's league match, the visiting Permian Panthers basketball team scored a good 41-33 triumph over the Midland Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Panthers meet the San Angelo Central Bobcats (San Angelo, TX) in a 6A Region I District 2 match, on Tuesday, January 17. Permian will attempt to better on its 11-10 season record. The Bobcats enter the match with a 14-12 record after their 44-26 league win over Midland Legacy (Midland, TX).
With the defeat, Midland moves to 12-13 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Odessa (Odessa, TX) to meet the Bronchos in a 6A Region I District 2 match on Tuesday, January 17. The Bronchos enter the match with a record of 16-12. Odessa lost 66-44 in their recent league match against Frenship (Wolfforth, TX)
