The East Gaston Warriors basketball team (Mt. Holly, NC), dropped 56-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC)
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 17. Burns will battle a Gryphons team coming off a 33-32 non-league win over Shelby (Shelby, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 11-1.
The Warriors (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cherryville (Cherryville, NC). The Ironmen come into the non-league battle with a 6-5 record. In their last battle, Cherryville dropped by Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC), 51-34, in a non-league battle.
