The St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) basketball nipped the host Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC), 48-46 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (3-5) will now prepare for their test against West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record.
The Dark Horses now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Midway for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Clinton will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 57-53 non-league loss to Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 10-4.
