The Clinton Dark Horses basketball team (Clinton, NC), was nudged 33-28 in Friday's non-league battle with the host St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC)
The Bulldogs now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Bladen for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 7.
The Dark Horses (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Lakewood (Roseboro, NC). The Leopards come into the non-league battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Lakewood edged Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC), 58-45, in a league battle.
