In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Carrollton Trojans basketball team scored a decisive 74-44 triumph over the Rome Wolves.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Chapel Hill Panthers (Douglasville, GA) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 15. Carrollton will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 10-5 record after their 69-67 non-league win over Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA).
With the defeat, Rome moves to 9-7 on the year. The Wolves travel to Woodstock (Woodstock, GA) to meet the Wolverines in a AAAAAA Region 6 match on Tuesday, January 16.
