With the victory, Lumpkin County improves its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Indians host White County (Cleveland, GA) to play the Warriors in a AAA Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-14. White County lost 60-37 in their recent league challenge against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA)

Next up, the Indians play the Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) in a AA Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Murray County will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 74-37 non-league win over Unity Christian (Rome, GA).
