The Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy Eagles basketball team scored 94 points and limited the visiting Greater Vision Academy Lions to 72 in the Eagles league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now have a 5-12 record. They play next when they host Combine Academy Global for a CAASC Greater Piedmont game on Friday, January 17. Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy will confront a Goats team coming off a 52-43 non-league loss to Davidson Day (Davidson, NC). The Goats record now stands at 8-7.
With the loss, Greater Vision Academy falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Central Carolina Prep (Burlington, NC) to confront the Defenders in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Defenders go into the game with a record of 5-12. Central Carolina Prep lost 72-59 in their recent non-league game against Oak Ridge Military Academy (Oak Ridge, NC)
