The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Schenck Wolverines (East Millinocket, ME) and the visiting Penquis Valley Patriots (Milo, ME), observed Schenck's basketball team overwhelm Penquis Valley by a margin of 82-30.

The Wolverines (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lee Academy (Lee, ME). The Pandas come into the D North challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Lee Academy was trounced by Calais (Calais, ME), 53-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Dexter Tigers (Dexter, ME) in a C North challenge, on Friday, January 17. Penquis Valley will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record.
