The Tri-Valley Vikings (Downs, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL), 48-15 in Monday's league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 15-3 record. They play next when they host Eureka for a Heart Of Illinois bout on Thursday, January 16. Tri-Valley will play a Hornets team coming off a 61-24 league win over LeRoy (LeRoy, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 14-6.

With the loss, Ridgeview falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Flanagan/Woodland (Flanagan, IL) to play the Falcons in a Heart Of Illinois bout on Thursday, January 16. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Flanagan/Woodland lost 68-39 in their recent league bout against Tremont (Tremont, IL)
