The Meridian Mustangs basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Millbrook Pioneers to 45 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mustangs now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Trinity Christian for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15.
With the loss, Millbrook falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Liberty (Bealeton, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 2-4.
