The Millbrook Pioneers basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting Meridian Mustangs to 36 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pioneers now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Millbrook will confront a Eagles team coming off a 48-35 non-league loss to James Wood (Winchester, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Meridian falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Manassas Park (Manassas Park, VA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 0-13.
