Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD), 52-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Churchill upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Blair (Silver Spring, MD) to clash with the Blazers in a Montgomery 4A East bout on Tuesday, January 18. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Blair lost 66-60 in their recent league bout against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD)
