Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD), 66-60 in a league bout.

With the win, Bethesda-Chevy Chase upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 11. Churchill will attempt to upgrade on its 16-1 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 64-50 non-league win over Magruder (Rockville, MD).
