With the victory, East Rowan upgrades its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Carson (China Grove, NC) to play the Cougars in a 3A Conference 48 challenge on Wednesday, January 19. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 1-12.

Next up, the Raiders play the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a 3A Conference 48 challenge, on Tuesday, January 18. South Rowan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 87-39 league loss to Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
