The Tri-Valley Vikings basketball team scored 31 points and restricted the host Ridgeview Mustangs to 30 in the Vikings league victory on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a Heart of Illinois contest on Friday, January 28.

The Mustangs (1-18) will now prepare for their contest against Lexington (Lexington, IL). The Minutemen come into the non-league contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Lexington edged Calvary Christian Academy (Normal, IL), 82-75, in a non-league contest.
