Colorado High School Basketball - Pagosa Springs crushes Ignacio

Pagosa Springs Pirates (Pagosa Springs, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ignacio Bobcats (Ignacio, CO), 56-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Pagosa Springs upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Pirates host Alamosa (Alamosa, CO) to clash with the Mean Moose in a 4A/3A Intermountain bout on Friday, January 20. The Mean Moose go into the bout with a record of 10-1.

Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Bayfield Wolverines (Bayfield, CO) in a 4A/3A Intermountain bout, on Thursday, January 19. Ignacio will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 60-41 league loss to Centauri (La Jara, CO).
