Illinois High School Basketball - East Peoria ripped by Limestone

The Limestone Rockets basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting East Peoria Raiders to 21 in the Rockets league triumph on Saturday.
The Rockets now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dunlap for a Mid-Illini contest on Friday, January 20. Limestone will battle a Eagles team coming off a 52-51 non-league loss to Peoria Notre Dame (Peoria, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 17-4.
The Raiders (1-18) will now prepare for their contest against Canton (Canton, IL). The Little Giants enter the Mid-Illini contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Canton triumphed over Morton (Morton, IL), 47-38, in a league contest.
