Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL), 66-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Limestone upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Rockets host Dunlap (Dunlap, IL) to play the Eagles in a Mid-Illini bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Dunlap won 56-21 in their recent league bout against Pekin (Pekin, IL)

Next up, the Raiders play the Canton Little Giants (Canton, IL) in a Mid-Illini bout, on Tuesday, December 6. East Peoria will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Little Giants go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 50-37 league loss to Morton (Morton, IL).
