The Cornerstone Christian School Cougars basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Heartland Christian to 30 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Omaha Christian Academy for a D1 District 2 game on Thursday, January 16. Cornerstone Christian School will confront a Eagles team coming off a 66-45 non-league loss to Lewiston (Lewiston, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Heartland Christian falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The host Griswold (Griswold, IA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 4-7.
