In their next game, the Tomcats encounter the Poplarville Hornets (Poplarville, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Stone will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 0-13 record after their 64-26 league loss to Pass Christian (Pass Christian, MS).
