The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Horn Jaguars (Mesquite, TX) and the visiting Skyline Raiders (Dallas, TX), observed Horn's basketball team knock off Skyline by a score of 61-50.

The Jaguars (15-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lancaster (Lancaster, TX). The Tigers come into the 6A Region II District 11 challenge with a 18-5 record. In their last challenge, Lancaster prevailed over DeSoto (DeSoto, TX), 67-30, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Cedar Hill Longhorns (Cedar Hill, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 bout, on Friday, January 17. Skyline will attempt to move on its 7-15 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 15-11 record after their 77-60 league loss to Duncanville (Duncanville, TX).
