The Rosamond Roadrunners were victorious over the visiting Kern Valley Broncs basketball squad by a final score of 52-40 in Tuesday's league outing.
Next, the Roadrunners face the Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) in a High Desert outing, on Friday, January 17. Rosamond will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Scorpions enter the outing with a 7-5 record after their 71-32 league win over Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA).
The Broncs (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against California City (California City, CA). The Ravens enter the High Desert outing with a 10-6 record. In their last outing, California City ran past Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA), 87-26, in a league outing.
