Georgia High School Basketball - Pike County knocked off by Morgan County

January 14, 2025: Zebulon, GA 30295

In Tuesday's league test, the Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) basketball squad knocked off the host Pike County Pirates (Zebulon, GA), by a score of 66-47.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Callaway Cavaliers (Hogansville, GA) in a AA Region 2 test, on Friday, January 17. Morgan County will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Cavaliers come into the test with a 3-11 record after their 52-43 league win over Rutland (Macon, GA).

The Pirates (1-12) will now prepare for their test against Rock Springs Christian Academy (Milner, GA). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Rock Springs Christian Academy was knocked off by Heritage (Newnan, GA), 80-36, in a league test.
