The Salmon Savages basketball squad (Salmon, ID), was outscored 67-48 in Tuesday's league battle with the host North Fremont Huskies (Ashton, ID)

With the victory, North Fremont advances its record to 4-7 on the year. The Huskies travel to Firth (Firth, ID) to meet the Cougars in a 3A Nuclear battle on Thursday, January 16. The Cougars enter the battle with a record of 8-4. Firth won 72-65 in their recent league battle against West Jefferson (Terreton, ID)

The Savages now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alturas Prep for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 15. Salmon will meet a Pumas squad coming off a 55-24 non-league loss to Mackay (Mackay, ID). The Pumas record now stands at 1-7.
