Idaho High School Basketball - North Fremont thwarts Salmon

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the North Fremont Huskies (Ashton, ID) and the host Salmon Savages (Salmon, ID), observed North Fremont's basketball team knock off Salmon by a score of 56-40.
The Huskies (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Ririe (Ririe, ID). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Nuclear challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Ririe was knocked off by Teton (Driggs, ID), 42-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Savages encounter the West Jefferson Panthers (Terreton, ID) in a 3A Nuclear challenge, on Saturday, February 8. Salmon will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 58-48 league loss to Firth (Firth, ID).
