The Corvallis Spartans basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host West Albany Bulldogs to 66 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lebanon for a 5A Mid-Willamette game on Friday, January 17. Corvallis will confront a Warriors team coming off a 52-23 league loss to Silverton (Silverton, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, West Albany falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to McKay (Salem, OR) to confront the Royal Scots in a 5A Mid-Willamette game on Friday, January 17. The Royal Scots go into the game with a record of 1-9. McKay lost 77-9 in their recent league game against South Albany (Albany, OR)
