In Friday's league contest, the visiting West Albany Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 73-58 triumph over the Corvallis Spartans.
The Bulldogs (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against McKay (Salem, OR). The Royal Scots go into the 5A Mid-Willamette contest with a 2-17 record. In their last contest, McKay was topped by South Albany (Albany, OR), 68-18, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Lebanon Warriors (Lebanon, OR) in a 5A Mid-Willamette contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Corvallis will attempt to better on its 13-7 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 11-8 record after their 55-36 league loss to Silverton (Silverton, OR).
