The Smethport Hubbers basketball team (Smethport, PA), was toppled 36-27 in Monday's league battle with the host Austin Panthers (Austin, PA)
The Panthers now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cameron County for a North Tier battle on Friday, January 19. Austin will confront a Raiders team coming off a 58-12 league win over Galeton (Galeton, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-10.
The Hubbers (2-11) will now prepare for their battle against Oswayo Valley (Shinglehouse, PA). The Green Wave come into the North Tier battle with a 8-3 record.
