The Morse Shipbuilders basketball team (Bath, ME), was overwhelmed 66-24 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME)

The Panthers now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leavitt for a B South battle on Friday, January 19. Medomak Valley will battle a Hornets team coming off a 46-40 non-league loss to Erskine Academy (South China, ME). The Hornets record now stands at 4-7.

The Shipbuilders (2-9) will now prepare for their outing against Oceanside (Rockland, ME). The Mariners go into the B South outing with a 11-0 record. In their last outing, Oceanside smashed Belfast (Belfast, ME), 83-31, in a non-league outing.
