Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Morse Shipbuilders (Bath, ME), 62-18 in a league bout.

With the victory, Medomak Valley upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME) to play the Clippers in a B South bout on Saturday, December 30. The Clippers come into the bout with a record of 3-3. Yarmouth won 49-38 in their recent non-league bout against Falmouth (Falmouth, ME)

Next up, the Shipbuilders play the Leavitt Hornets (Turner, ME) in a B South bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Morse will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 61-35 league loss to Spruce Mountain (Jay, ME).
