The Lincoln Abes basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Dakota Cougars to 52 in the Abes league triumph on Wednesday.

The Abes now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Grosse Pointe South for a Macomb Area - Red game on Friday, January 17. Lincoln will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 52-48 league loss to Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Dakota falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, MI) to confront the Huskies in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 6-5. Port Huron Northern won 64-62 in their recent non-league game against Roseville (Roseville, MI)
