The Arleta Mustangs basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Poly Parrots to 50 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now have a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Grant for a game on Friday, January 17. Arleta will confront a Lancers team coming off a 83-45 league win over Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Poly falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Parrots travel to Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to confront the Lancers in a game on Wednesday, January 22. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 13-6. Grant lost 52-40 in their recent non-league game against Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA)
