Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA), 54-45 in a league match.

With the victory, Poly advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Parrots host Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to face the Lancers in a match on Friday, February 7. The Lancers enter the match with a record of 19-7.

The Mustangs now own a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grant for a match on Wednesday, February 5. Arleta will face a Lancers squad coming off a 61-55 league win over Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 19-7.
