With the win, Albany upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Huskies host Holdingford (Holdingford, MN) to clash with the Huskers in a AA Section 6 bout on Thursday, January 18. The Huskers go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Holdingford lost 70-46 in their recent league challenge against Melrose (Melrose, MN)

Next up, the Pioneers confront the Pequot Lakes Patriots (Pequot Lakes, MN) in a AA Section 7 challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Pierz will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 54-46 non-league win over Foley (Foley, MN).
