The Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) basketball felled the host Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA), 72-60 in Tuesday's league test.
The Golden Eagles (18-4) will now prepare for their test against Clovis (Clovis, CA). The Cougars go into the Tri-Rivers test with a 10-12 record. In their last test, Clovis was beaten by Clovis East (Clovis, CA), 69-48, in a league test.
The Bears now own a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Clovis North for a Tri-Rivers test on Friday, January 19. Buchanan will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 82-40 league win over Central (Fresno, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 16-5.
