Georgia High School Basketball - Charlton County nudges Clinch County

January 16, 2024: Homerville, GA 31634

In Tuesday's league outing, the Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA) basketball squad nipped the host Clinch County Panthers (Homerville, GA), by a margin of 65-60.

The Indians (9-7) will now prepare for their outing against Atkinson County (Pearson, GA). The Rebels go into the A D2 Region 2 outing with a 5-11 record. In their last outing, Atkinson County was tipped by Coffee (Douglas, GA), 74-50, in a non-league outing.

The Panthers now own a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Turner County for a A D2 Region 2 outing on Friday, January 19. Clinch County will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 46-39 league loss to Lanier County (Lakeland, GA). The Titans record now stands at 10-6.
