In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Wisconsin Heights Vanguards (Mazomanie, WI) basketball squad nipped the host Richland Center Hornets (Richland Center, WI), by a margin of 57-53.
The Vanguards (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Cambridge (Cambridge, WI). The Bluejays go into the Capitol - South outing with a 4-8 record. In their last outing, Cambridge got by Parkview (Orfordville, WI), 85-53, in a non-league outing.
