In Tuesday's league outing, the Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH) basketball squad nipped the visiting Southeastern Panthers (Chillicothe, OH), by a margin of 39-35.
The Redstreaks (7-8) will now prepare for their outing against Unioto (Chillicothe, OH). The Shermans go into the Scioto Valley outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Unioto got by Huntington (Chillicothe, OH), 74-33, in a league outing.
The Panthers now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Paint Valley for a Scioto Valley outing on Saturday, January 20. Southeastern will clash with a Bearcats squad coming off a 52-38 league loss to Zane Trace (Chillicothe, OH). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-13.
