The Wildcats (11-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Phillips (Bear Creek, AL). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 4-12 record. In their last challenge, Phillips dropped by Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL), 71-53, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Vina Red Devils (Vina, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 20. Cherokee will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 4-19 record after their 45-35 non-league loss to Berry (Berry, AL).
