North Dakota High School Basketball - Drayton/Valley-Edinburg succumbs to Midway/Minto

January 16, 2025: Inkster, ND 58244

In Thursday's league test, the Midway/Minto Mustangs (Inkster, ND) basketball squad defeated the visiting Drayton/Valley-Edinburg Titans (Drayton, ND), by a score of 41-30.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Hatton/Northwood Thunder (Northwood, ND) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 18. Midway/Minto will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Thunder come into the test with a 9-2 record after their 68-51 league loss to Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] (Leeds, ND).

The Titans (4-8) will now prepare for their test against St. John (St. John, ND). The Woodchucks come into the B District 3 test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, St. John went down by Park River/Fordville-Lankin (Park River, ND), 43-29, in a league test.
