In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Hozho Academy Wolves basketball team scored a good 52-43 win over the Ramah Mustangs.

The Wolves (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Newcomb (Newcomb, NM). The Skyhawks come into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Newcomb defeated Thoreau (Thoreau, NM), 43-32, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Ramah will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record. The Owls come into the contest with a 2-7 record after their 26-17 non-league win over Coronado (Gallina, NM).
