The Northwood Temple Academy Eagles basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Village Christian Academy Knights to 22 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Berean Baptist Academy for a NCISAA Sandhills game on Tuesday, January 21. Northwood Temple Academy will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-10 league loss to Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Village Christian Academy falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Fayetteville Christian (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Warriors in a NCISAA Sandhills game on Tuesday, January 21. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 3-11. Fayetteville Christian lost 33-26 in their recent league game against The O'Neal School (Southern Pines, NC)
