In Friday's league contest, the host Northwood Temple Academy Eagles basketball team scored a big 43-18 triumph over the Village Christian Academy Knights.

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Berean Baptist Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Bulldogs go into the NCISAA Sandhills contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Berean Baptist Academy was trounced by Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC), 55-22, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Fayetteville Christian Warriors (Fayetteville, NC) in a NCISAA Sandhills contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Village Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record.
