Newberry Panthers (Newberry, FL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Interlachen Rams (Interlachen, FL), 4-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Newberry moves its record to 13-3 on the campaign.
The Rams now sport a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Branford for a non-league test on Friday, January 17. Interlachen will clash with a Buccaneers team coming off a 3-3 league Lafayette (Mayo, FL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 8-5.
