The Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs (Hector, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN), 66-42 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN). The Cougars go into the A Section 2 test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Cedar Mountain was trounced by Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN), 98-77, in a non-league test.

The Indians now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Springfield for a A Section 2 test on Thursday, January 19. Sleepy Eye will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 73-58 non-league win over Wabasso (Wabasso, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-5.
