California High School Basketball - New Roads can't hold off California Academy of Math & Science

The California Academy of Math & Science Rebels basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting New Roads Jaguars to 55 in the Rebels league victory on Tuesday.
The Rebels now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wildwood for a Coastal contest on Wednesday, January 18. California Academy of Math & Science will battle a Wolves team coming off a 64-44 league win over Lennox Academy (Lennox, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 6-4.
The Jaguars (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA). The Bruins come into the Coastal contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Geffen Academy edged North Valley Military Institute (Sun Valley, CA), 66-41, in a non-league contest.
