Willowbrook Warriors (Villa Park, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL), 67-56 in a league bout.

With the victory, Willowbrook upgrades its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Addison Trail (Addison, IL) to play the Blazers in a West Suburban - Gold bout on Friday, January 20. The Blazers come into the bout with a record of 5-17. Addison Trail lost 69-52 in their recent league bout against Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL)

Next up, the Hornets play the Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs (Cicero, IL) in a West Suburban - Gold bout, on Thursday, January 19. Hinsdale South will attempt to improve on its 6-15 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 67-44 non-league loss to Normal Community (Normal, IL).
