Ohio High School Basketball - Valley Forge ripped by Lakewood

The Lakewood Rangers basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Valley Forge Patriots to 32 in the Rangers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rangers now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Name for a Great Lakes contest on Friday, January 20. Lakewood will battle a Green Wave team coming off a 83-47 league win over Parma (Parma, OH). The Green Wave record now stands at 13-0.

The Patriots (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Buckeye (Medina, OH). The Bucks enter the Great Lakes contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Buckeye was routed by Normandy (Parma, OH), 57-49, in a league contest.
