Ohio High School Basketball - Lakewood fells Valley Forge

Lakewood Rangers (Lakewood, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Valley Forge Patriots (Parma Heights, OH), 58-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Lakewood upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Rangers travel to Parma (Parma, OH) to clash with the Redmen in a Great Lakes bout on Friday, January 6. The Redmen go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Parma lost 62-46 in their recent league bout against Elyria Catholic (Elyria, OH)

Next up, the Patriots clash with the Normandy Invaders (Parma, OH) in a Great Lakes bout, on Friday, January 6. Valley Forge will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Invaders go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 49-32 league win over Buckeye (Medina, OH).
