The Pirates (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Texas (Texarkana, TX). The Tigers come into the 5A Region II District 15 contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Texas was nudged by Hallsville (Hallsville, TX), 2-0, in a league contest.
